Services
The following Web Services are available for the Interconnected Biological Resources Database (IBRD), a CABRI reference database including catalogue, ID and name of all records of other CABRI catalogues:
getResourceIdsByName - getResourcesById

getResourceIdsByName: Get the ID of any resource searching by name (wsdl)

Input:

<name>

name of searched resource (MANDATORY).

Follow the rules applied to searches by names for other CABRI catalogues.

The wild character '*' is allowed.

Output:

a list of unique IDs preceeded by the acronym of the related catalogue (<catalogue_acronym>:<unique_id>)

Example:

Inputs: <name>: "hela*"
Output:

   IBRD:ACC 57
   IBRD:ACC 161
   IBRD:ECACC 84121901
   IBRD:ECACC 96112022
   IBRD:ICLC HTL95023
   IBRD:ICLC HTL95020
   ........

getResourcesById: Get details of any resource searching by ID (wsdl)

Inputs:

<ID>

unique ID for a record in any CABRI catalogue (MANDATORY).

Space MUST be substituted by the '_SP_' string. E.g.: "BCCM_SP_991" instead of "BCCM 991".

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

Output:

the full record of the specified ID in the IBRD database

Example:

Inputs: <ID>: ACC_SP_161
Output:

   Identification DSMZ_MUTZ ACC 161
   Name HELA-S3
