getFungiIdsByName: Get filamentous fungi strains ID searching by name
Inputs:

<libs>

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogues (MANDATORY).

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<name>

scientific name of searched filamentous fungi strains (MANDATORY).

The wild character '*' is allowed.

Output:

a list of unique IDs preceeded by the acronym of the related catalogue (<catalogue_acronym>:<unique_id>)

Example:

Inputs: <libs>: CBS_FIL ; <name>: "Absidia_SP_coerulea"

Inputs:

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogues (MANDATORY).

When more than one acronym are specified, they must be separated by a space.

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<ID>

unique ID(s) for a record in the specified catalogue (MANDATORY).

Wild character '*' is allowed.

<Format>

the format of the output (MANDATORY).

one among 'text', 'html', 'json'.

Output:

the full record(s) of the strain(s) specified by the provided ID(s) in the searched catalogue
