IST Bioinformatics Web Services: SWS: querySWS

querySWS: Query a specified library and return entries related to queried terms (wsdl)

Inputs:

<db_acronym>

acronym of the database, as used in the BioWisdom list of public SRS sites (MANDATORY).

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<terms>

one or more words to be searched in the database (MANDATORY).

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<site_acronym>

acronym of the SRS site, as used in the BioWisdom list of public SRS sites (optional).

When missing, the 'best' site is used.

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<input_fields>

one or more field's names where terms must be searched (optional).

Default to all fields.

<output_fields>

one or more field's names to be returned (optional).

Default to all fields.

Examples:
querySWS -lib ICLC -query hela -output_fields "cell_line_name hazard"
