IST Bioinformatics Web Services: SWS: getDBs

getDBs: Retrieve data from srsdb about a specified library (wsdl)

Inputs:

<db_acronym>

acronym of the library, as used in the BioWisdom list of public SRS sites (optional). When missing, all libraries are returned. When one acronym is specified, the output lists that libary, if available, or an empty output, if not available. No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

Example:

Input: UNIPROT
Output: UNIPROT
