Analysis Tools - Selecting a Tool

Selecting an Analysis Tool

Use the Tool Select page to choose an analysis tool to be run on a query. The analysis tools are grouped according to their function. Each analysis tool name is a hyperlink to the Launch page for that analysis tool.

See also section "Using Analysis Tools" in chapter 1, "SRS Quick Tour", of the SRS User Guide and chapter 6, "Analysis Tools" , of the SRS User Guide for examples of this page in use.

Note:This page can be used after selecting an existing query, in which case, only the appropriate analysis tools will appear. However, you can also go directly to this page from the Select Databanks To Search page, in which case, all analysis tools that are available to you will be shown, but any data, e.g. sequence information will have to be entered on the Launch page manually.
