EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split confluent cultures 1:4 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.1% trypsin plus 0.02% EDTA; cells detach after 5-10 min. at room temperature. 5% CO2; 21C.
