RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS + 2mM L-Glutamine; Freezing medium: Culture medium + 50% FBS + 10% DMSO; split confluent cultures 1:5-1:10; maintain cultures between 5-9x105 cells/ml; 37C, 5% CO2. , mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
After treatment with DMSO the cells differentiate along the granulocytic line (after 4 days in 1,25% DMSO, 72% of the cells become CD11b positive).
Validated by: isoenzymes (confirmed as human with MD, MPI, NP)
