Description: human B-lymphoblastoid cells (from patient with chronic myeloid leukemia in blast crisis) established from the peripheral blood of a 62-year-old man with Philadelphia-chromosome negative chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in blast crisis in 1985; cells were described to be Ph-negative, bcr-abl-negative; cells appear to be rather a 'normal' B-lymphoblastoid cell line (B-LCL) confirmed as human with IEF of AST, MDH, NP
