Description: human acute myelomonocytic leukemia established in 1979 from the peripheral blood of a 66-year-old woman with a Philadelphia chromosome negative myeloproliferative disorder (resembling chronic myeloid leukemia, CML, in blast crisis) after transformation to refractory acute myelomonocytic leukemia (AML) confirmed as human with IEF of AST, MDH, NP
