DMEM + 10% FBS + 2mM L-Glutamine + 1% non-essential amino acids; Freezing medium: 90% FBS + 10% DMSO; Split cultures 1:3-1:6 using trypsin/EDTA; 37°C, 5% CO2. The viability may be low after thawing and the cells may take up to 7 days to attach. The cells should be frozen at not less than 8 x 10^6 /ampoule and thawed with 20% FBS , mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
