RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS + 2mM L-Glutamine; Freezing medium: 90% FBS + 10% DMSO; maintain cultures between 0.4-1 x 10^6 cells/ml; split 1:5-1:10; 37C, 5% CO2 , mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
After thawing the cells look suffering; thaw with medium supplemented with 20% FBS
