Collection of cell lines (dermal fibroblast) from patients affected by inherited connective tissue disorders

All cell lines (human dermal fibroblast) are derived from patients affected by a connective tissue disease, either inherited or caused by new mutations. Diseases best represented are Osteogenesis Imperfecta and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome; a few patients are affected by rarer diseases, such as Marfan syndrome and prolidase deficiency. Cell lines are derived from skin biopsies and established with standard methods.
