Description: human astrocytoma glioblastoma cells established from an astrocytoma tumor (grade IV) of a 62-year-old woman in 1986; cells were described as expressing mRNA for both TGF-ss1 and G-TSF/TGF-ss2 (but only the latter polypeptide was secreted) and expressing GFAP protein confirmed as human with IEF of AST, G6PD, MDH
