Description: human chronic myeloid leukemia in blast crisis established from the peripheral blood of a 29-year-old woman with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) (treated 5 years with busulfan from 1979-1984) one month after onset of myeloid-megakaryocytic blast crisis; cells were described to express megakaryocytic and erythroid markers and to respond to induction of differentiation with various reagents; parental cell line of subclone LAMA-87 (DSM ACC 270) confirmed as human with IEF of AST, MDH
