Temperature sensitivity of the mutant protein in transactivation assays.
Yes = the activity of the mutant protein is affected by the temperature at which is preformed the test;
mut_H = the protein behaves as mutant at higher temperature;
mut_L = the protein behaves as mutant at lower temperature;
No = the activity of the mutant protein is NOT affected by the temperature at which is preformed the test.
The promoter selectivity is indicated in brakets.
Note that functional tests are performed at different temperature in yeast (30C) and human (37C) cells. }
