Yes= the mutant protein counteract the activity of the wild-type protein when the two proteins are co-expressed in human or yeast cells (in brakets is indicated the p53-response element used); moderate= the mutant protein has a partial inhibiting effect on the wild-type protein;
No= the mutant protein does not counteract the effects of the wild-type protein
