doubling time of ca. 24-25 hours;
frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO at about 5 x 105 cells/ampoule;
contamination was eliminated with Ciprobay (ciprofloxacin), then negative in DAPI, microbiological culture, RNA hybridization assays;
