DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split confluent cultures 1:5 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37C.
Derived from the ethylnitrosourea-induced tumour line D6 of the rat peripheral nervous system. Cells will de-differentiate after 10 passages. Read references prior to use.
