McCoy's 5a + 2mM Glutamine + 5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Renew medium daily where possible. Subculture by placing culture in cold room (4C) for 60 minutes, shake flask to suspend cells, centrifuge, resuspend in fresh medium and into fresh flasks. Split confluent cultures 1:2 to 1:10; 5% CO2; 37C.
