Description: human urinary bladder carcinoma established from the primary bladder carcinoma of a 68-year-old man in 1974; cells were described to produce several growth factors (e.g. SCF, IL-1, IL-6, G-CSF, GM-CSF, etc.) confirmed as human with IEF of AST, MDH

doubling time of ca. 24 hours;
frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO at about 1 x 106 cells/ampoule;
